From Wednesday, 7 June we will be starting our wedge clinics and evening classes.
Wedge clinic:
- Wednesday, 7th/14th/21st/28th June/ 6-7pm at the short game area. €20 per person . 6 places available each evening.
Evening Classes:
- Starting Wednesday, 7th June running for 8 weeks. First come first served no sign up. Open to ladies and gents, beginners and improvers. €15 per person includes small bucket of balls at the range.
Congratulations to Pauline Nixon who won the Lady Presidents Prize! Our Lady President Gert had a fantastic day with the weather and the course delivering. There was a huge turnout and a great night, well done to all the prize winners.

Each year, the week before the spring bank holiday, Wentworth Club plays host to the BMW PGA Championship; the European Tour's flagship event. It's one of the few times each year where we get the chance to see some of the world's best golfers compete on our shores.
It really is a stellar field this year. Defending champion Chris Wood will face some stiff competition from a host of rising stars such as Tyrrell Hatton, Andy Sullivan and Matthew Fitzpatrick, not to mention major champions Henrik Stenson and Justin Rose. It's going to be a belter.
One other person who will be teeing up in Surrey this week is past Ryder Cup player Edoardo Molinari. Now it's always interesting to learn a bit more about Tour golfers and what they get up to in their spare time, but you'll never believe Molinari's hidden talent…
